Strain injuries can take place because of a continuous build up of tension in muscles, tendons and joints. They are a result of everyday activities and stress, and they are not comfortable (as you may know). Rotator cuff and tennis elbow are common conditions that are caused due to stress. Repetitive movement of body parts and improper posture while performing day-to-day activities can cause perpetual strain injuries.

So, our care program helps relieve stresses like this from your muscles and joints. We’ll work with you to develop a plan to find the root cause and resolve it so you can feel like you again!

Shoulder Pain

Shoulder pain often occurs due to a misalignment of the spine or shoulder girdle. Unfortunately, shoulder pain has become extremely common. There are various types of shoulder pain, such as impingement of the supraspinatus muscle beneath the acromion, an under active subscapularis, or a rotator cuff strain, so it’s important to find out the root cause of the pain in order to get rid of it.

After locating the problem tissue or structure, we apply gentle hands-on techniques to help release or mobilise it. Our adjustments can help you to improve your mobility and relieve your pain.
